This place was fantastic! We did the hayride tour and that was awesome. There is a little video presentation and then you're toured around the 40 acres. The owner teaches you about the different kinds of lavender they grow and what each is for, which was neat. There are also some farm animals to feed along the way which was fun. After the tour you are free to walk the grounds and just hang out as long as you like. They have cute benches and water features set up to relax at. You can wander in the secret garden, or you can shop inside. They have an awesome variety of homemade products in the shop, and they are all really greatly priced as well. The lavender iced coffee is super good, and the lavender ice cream is PHENOMENAL!! A must try for sure. Also we got free samples of cherry lavender pie that they grow and bake on site too and that was awesome! (First time eating cherries, so it was a great first!) Overall awesome experience. The owners were great, and we will definitely have to come back when the fields are in full bloom around June/July!

Wonderful atmosphere, great people. Everyone was so kind and the property is just beautiful. The ice cream was very good as well. This is sort of the off season, past the lavender bloom, but certainly still worth the visit. We'll be back next year when the lavender is in bloom.

Had a great time with my Mom and Sister June at the New Life Lavender & Cherry Farm just outside of Baraboo past the Walmart. Highly recommend going on the tour! Informational video and wagon tour of the property, walking trails, water features, lovely shop with their custom products and snack shop with homemade deserts and ice cream, lemonades, etc.

An absolute delight. Recommend doing a tour to learn about the grounds and feed the cutie animals. The cherry pie is delicious and the lavender icecream is exquisite. Bees galore, but they are non-threatening with their happy hum.

A must see location is you like or are curious about lavender. For about $5, you can roam around the farm take photos of the lavender field and acres of wild flowers. They also offer a Farm to Table Wagon tour for $12.75 which includes a great deal of information. This is also a cherry orchard so their claim to fame is lavender cherry pie which you can purchase by the slice or the whole pie. If it can be made with lavender, they have it for sell in the store. I had a cup of Earl Grey Lavender tea and my wife had peach ginger lavender tea both of which we enjoyed. The staff is pleasant and helpful! Certainly worth the trip!

Our family of four visited at the end of June. The little shop had no shortage of lovely smelling lavender products. It smelled better than a spa. They sell a variety of tasty lavender treats and drinks. Each sells for ~$5. We tried the lavender latte and a lemon/lavender ice cream drink. Both were delicious, but the second was our favorite. We brought our 6 and 4 yo and they enjoyed the porch swing pergola, small play structure, yard games, fish, and honestly watching the ants build their hills amongst the beautiful lavender fields. It was peaceful and I enjoyed walking around the grounds. My husband had endless photography inspiration. The price to enter was worth what we experienced. It seems that they are working to expand and make the experience even more worthwhile. A few more shaded areas might be nice throughout the farm for visitors on hot days. We didn’t actually buy anything at the shop because we had already spent a bit on the tour and snacks. We would have been more likely to buy products if perhaps that would have also granted us entrance to the farm grounds. The farm keeps bees and you can almost constantly here the low hum of the bees in the lavender. The flowers kept them busy, so we were never bothered by them. I had no idea how many varieties of lavender there are. The wild flowers were not in full bloom when we visited June 28th. They do not currently have a cherry orchard—we were told that their planting was not successful, or some such thing. So don’t go expecting much in the way of cherries. The farm is quite lovely without them, though! We spent 2-3 hours here.

Absolutely beautiful place! If you can, be sure to get the farm wagon tour- lots of great information and a fun ride. Walked around the property enjoying the lavender and wildflower fields for a good bit afterward. Nice gift shop with a kind staff (with every lavender product you can imagine!). Topped off the day there with some super delicious lavender ice cream enjoyed in their beautifully landscaped garden.

This was my very first time visiting a lavender farm. The entrance was a bit confusing, but me and my husband figured it out. You have to enter the front of the building and make your way to the back, where you can buy tickets, before you enter the actual farm. They charge $5 per person for entry. There were so many products, I was in awe. I couldn't help but wonder if they were all made, there. Their cherry lavender salsa is delicious, and worth buying. The lattes are amazing. I had hoped to try a lavender cupcake, but no could do. All they had for quickly available food was lavender macaroons and cherry lavender pie, from what I could see (and packaged beef jerky). They said they had lavender ice cream, which may have been in their kitchen. Their items were quite pricey. Some things were worth trying, more than others - in my opinion. They had essential oil samples, but you couldn't touch them. The farm was quite spacious. I felt bad for the koi fish by the waterfall, as they did not have very much room to move around in. There was a separate pond where I spotted tadpoles and a bullfrog! The secret garden was cute, and the 100 year old wall was interesting. I got some great photos in, so it's an excellent place for a photoshoot. They had bee hives, in a few locations, which was nice to see. They had the game of Cornhole, outside, which was a lot of fun to play. There's also a playground for children. It was nice being able to smell lavender, outside. I saw white lavender, which I didn't even know was a thing. There was a field full of cherry trees, too, with no path. (You can admire them, from a distance.) They offer a wagon ride, for a fee, and there are a couple of walking paths on the property. They provided us with a map of the layout of the farm, which was nice. There were public restrooms available for use. You can buy loose lavender, lavender bundles, lavender wreaths, and/or lavender plants inside. No picking lavender from the fields, but you can run your fingers gently over the flowers to smell them. What an aromatic experience!
